Trey Gramann - Principal
Trey Gramann also serves as President of Aquelion a Microsoft based service and software development company. Mr. Gramann has cultivated upper tier clients nationally and as far away as the United Arab Emirates and New Zealand. Additionally, he has led the teams developing the high level application concepts and core architectures for applications for many corporate clients.
Mr. Gramann has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Forbes Magazine, and the Houston Business Journal. Mr. Gramann holds a B.S. degree in Physics from the University of Houston where he also did graduate level work in Analytical Chemistry, Space Physics, Solid State Physics, and Nonlinear Dynamics. Mr. Gramann is a professional speaker and is a Division Governor of Toastmasters International.
Alan Allbriton - Principal
Alan Allbriton is the Director of Race Event Operations and Marketing for FinishCam and RaceDayAlert.. Mr. Allbriton has an MBA from the University of Kansas and has been a life long entrepreneur, beginning with managing a Midwestern commuter airline in the late 1970's to owning a nationally prominent printing company in the 1990's. After an early retirement, during which he sailed most of the world's oceans, Alan has returned to the world of business to lead the team taking advantage of the unique opportunity to make both RaceDayAlert and FinishCam an integral part of the world of running and cycling events. Alan Allbriton is also the passionate force behind FinishCam’s focal project…”So they can live!” a fundraising vehicle to benefit No-Kill animal rescue missions across the country
Jim Willi - Principal & Legal Counsel
Jim Willi focuses on civil and commercial litigation and appeals, intellectual property litigation and appeals, transactions, contracts, licensing, business formation, real property litigation, family law, and criminal defense. He has represented clients at many levels of Texas courts including Municipal Courts, Justice of the Peace Courts, County Courts, District Courts, and Courts of Appeals. He has also represented clients at all levels of federal courts including District Courts, Courts of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Willi has been practicing law since 1996. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, registered to practice law in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. Mr. Willi is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, the Austin Bar Association, and the Austin Intellectual Property Law Association.
Before practicing law, Mr. Willi was an electrical engineer for 10 years involved in system operations and planning of electrical power distribution and transmission systems. He has been a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas since 1990.
